Your privacy and the privacy of your family and caregiver is important to PACE of the Sothern Piedmont (PACE SP). Because we know that our Participants care about how their personal information is used and shared, we work hard to protect your rights. Upon enrollment with the PACE program you will be given a copy of our policy. When we need to use or give out your personal information, we want you to trust that PACE SP will do so with care and in keeping with state and federal guidelines. To help make certain that our centers are equipped and our staff is trained to protect your privacy; PACE has appointed a Compliance Officer.
